Meet The Centre Manager

Hello, my name is Rachael and I’m the Centre Manager at Birches Early Learning Cranbourne East.

I’ve worked in Early Childhood education for over 10 years in a range of roles and age groups. I began my career straight out of high school, completing my Certificate III and starting as an assistant educator. Since then, I’ve completed my Diploma and taken on various roles including Educational Leader, Assistant Centre Manager, WHS Officer and even spent some time as our centre chef!

I value open communication and honesty, and I believe in a collaborative approach to support each child’s growth. I’m passionate about building a warm, welcoming environment that feels like an extended family for our children, families and educators.

We look forward to welcoming you to our service and showing you everything we have to offer.

The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is a federal government payment that helps reduce your out-of-pocket childcare fees. Once approved, Birches applies the subsidy directly to your fees. To get a personalised quote and find out exactly how much you’ll pay each day, contact your local Birches team – we’re happy to help!
