Management Team

Hello, my name is Rachel, and I am the Assistant Director here at Birches Early Learning Beaconsfield. I have worked in the Early childhood sector for five years, and I hold my Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

Working in the education industry has always been my dream. In my time I have been lucky enough to work with a variety of age groups, and within different roles. Being able to experience this has allowed me to gain useful knowledge, which I have been able to use to mentor and guide fellow educators and help support my team here at Birches.

I am passionate about creating secure, respectful, meaningful, and long-lasting relationships with both children and families. I truly believe that each child is unique, and all have little personalities, that we need to consistently nurture, for them to feel safe to explore their learning environment and grow to reach their goals. As an educator, I take pride in our ability to provide these safe and welcoming learning spaces.

Selecting a childcare centre can feel daunting and overwhelming, but I believe it to be imperative that we all work together to make the process as smooth as possible. Your child’s wellbeing is our priority, working alongside you to ensure both you and your child are settled at Birches, allows us to deliver high quality education and care, for your child to achieve their learning goals.

I look forward to meeting you and your family, as you embark on this exciting learning adventure.
