Meet Our Centre Manager

Hello, my name is Amy Reaper and I am a mother of three wonderful children.

I am excited to introduce myself as the Centre Director at Birches Croydon. I have over 20 years’ experience in the Early Childhood Sector and four years’ experience as a Centre Director. I hold my Diploma in Early childhood Education and my advance diploma in community sector management.

As the Center Director, I am deeply committed to building a strong partnership with children, families and our community. I understand the importance of open and transparent communication and encourage parents to participate in their child’s journey actively. Together we can create a collaborative and supportive community that fosters the growth and well-being of each child.

I am passionate about supporting our team in creating inviting environments that allows the children to feel safe, secure and to learn through open-ended play. As our environments are a third teacher.

I truly believe that each child is unique, that we need to consistently nurture, for them to feel safe and secure to explore their learning environment and grow to reach their goals.

Thank you for considering Birches Early Learning Centre for your child’s early education. I look forward to welcoming you and your family to our community. Together we can create beautiful memories and shape the bright future of your children.
